Harbin International Economy and Trade Fair

On June 15, 2023, Tourism Pahang achieved an important milestone at the Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair, setting up an independent exhibition hall for the first time. With the assistance of the Malaysia-China Culture Tourism Association, Pahang state assemblymen YB Leong Yu Man, YB Sim Chon Siang and YB Lee Chin Chen, as well as the General Manager of Tourism Pahang Mr. Kamaruddin attended the event. A total of eight exhibitors joined Pahang Tourism’s pavilion to showcase their products and services. These exhibitors include Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, DSR Taiko Berhad, Colmar Tropicale, Berjaya Hills, Berjaya Tioman Resort, Xcape Resort, Swiss Garden Beach Resort Kuantan, E Like Travel & Tours and West Pahang Eco-tourism & Leisure Farm Association.

The goal of this event is to increase the visibility of Pahang and the Pahang tourism brand among the Chinese public. By participating in the Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair, Tourism Pahang was able to showcase the unique charm of Pahang attracting more potential tourists to travel to Pahang. Through this event, Tourism Pahang demonstrated its determination and efforts to explore the international market, they also made new progress in their exchanges and collaboration with Heilongjiang Province in China.
